So you are migrating to a new Gmail system but you're having nightmares because you have 91 bajillion emails, 10 years of contacts and your life all stored in Microsoft Outlook…
Look no further as Google have you covered with the Google Suite Migration for Microsoft Outlook (GSMMO) tool.
In the past it would have been a painful process of backing up your Outlook Profile and then keeping your fingers crossed in the hope that nothing was missing when uploading this to your new mail account.
The free GSMMO tool handles this all for you! Once downloaded it will prompt you to confirm which mail profile you would like to upload, what type of data you want to upload (calendar/ contacts/mail), prompt for your Google Account details and then handle the rest of the process for you.
Once fully synchronised you can either leave Outlook as a thing of the past and start using your account from Google Chrome / a mobile device or download the GSSMO tool (check out last week's post) to continue using Outlook with confidence.
